Going to http://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/channel.html?channel=ff80808112ab681d0112ab69225e0121 brings you to an interior page -- which simply provides links to manufacturers' sites (e.g. Acer, Fujitsu, HP, Sony, etc.).
In my case, I have a Sony Vaio, and Sony doesn't yet provide the files to download TPM 3.0.
