The most popular versions of this product among our users are: 3.0, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7 and 4.3. The name of the program executable file is SpMUIHlp.exe. The product will soon be reviewed by our informers.

In my case, I have a Sony Vaio, and Sony doesn't yet provide the files to download TPM 3.0.
